We are particularly proud to be able to offer our ‘Bilsdale Beltie’ beef, supplied by the adjoining Urra Estate.
This Belted Galloway Beef is of the finest quality and is native to the UK, where it thrives on rough pasture and is slowly grass reared to give a unique and flavoursome meat. We butcher our own beef and offer all cuts of steak, brisket, rolled sirloin, topside and our ever popular homemade ‘Beltie Burgers’ amongst others.
We stock a selection of sweets, Yorkshire biscuits and preserves that are great for gifts and for something a little special.
We now also produce our own rare breed sausages, with some interesting flavours which are proving a great alternative to supermarket varieties and our home cured bacon and cooked meats.
